I am thinking about taking the Acai berry & Colon Cleanser supplements after i have my baby in december. can i take these while breast feeding & if so how many times a day do you have to take them to be effective?

You really should check with your doctor. If you take pure acai berry supplements, they are a natural antioxidant and should be pretty safe. Anything beyond that and you may have issues. Again, check with your doctor.
